Express Care NP/PA Dallas, TX

About the Opportunity A large, well-established healthcare organization in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is seeking experienced Advanced Practice Providers (NPs/PAs) to join its growing Express Care/Urgent Care team across multiple clinic locations. Position Overview Providers will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care for a wide range of acute and routine conditions in an Express Care setting. The ideal candidate is confident, efficient, team-oriented, and capable of independently managing patient flow while maintaining excellent clinical judgment and patient experience standards. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and minor injuries Perform comprehensive physical exams and patient assessments Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging as appropriate Prescribe medications and treatment plans Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative care Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure quality patient care Support clinic efficiency, patient satisfaction, and quality initiatives Qualifications Board Certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Active Texas license (or ability to obtain) Minimum of 1 year of APP experience required in urgent care, express care, emergency medicine, or internal medicine.
