Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot pool equipment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently while following company procedures and safety protocols. Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor.
