What You'll Do As an Automotive Lube Technician, you will perform routine maintenance and vehicle inspections in accordance with dealership and manufacturer standards.

Responsibilities include:

Perform oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other minor maintenance servicesComplete multi-point vehicle inspections, including tires, brakes, fluids, lights, and overall vehicle conditionIdentify and communicate recommended maintenance or repair needs to the Service Advisor teamWork efficiently while maintaining quality, safety, and attention to detailOperate customer and dealership vehicles with care and professionalismHelp maintain a clean, organized, and safe service areaSupport the service team in delivering a smooth, timely, luxury-level customer experience What We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, takes pride in their work, and wants to grow within the automotive service industry.

Qualifications include:

Basic mechanical understanding of vehiclesPrevious lube technician, express technician, or quick-lube experience preferredAbility to operate a wide variety of cars, light trucks, and vansAbility to drive both automatic and manual transmissions preferredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsTeam-focused attitude and commitment to excellent customer serviceProfessional work ethic and willingness to learnAcceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence Why Join Suburban Cadillac of Plymouth?
