Duties Conduct quick yet thorough vehicle inspections to identify necessary repairs or maintenance needs Perform routine services such as oil changes, tire rotations, alignments, and brake inspections efficiently Utilize hand tools and power tools to carry out repairs with accuracy and safety Assist with vehicle diagnostics to pinpoint issues using automotive diagnostic equipment Support the team in vehicle maintenance tasks, ensuring all work meets quality standards Provide excellent customer service by explaining repairs clearly and addressing customer questions confidently Assist with light heavy lifting and ensure proper handling of vehicle components during service procedures Skills Proven dealership or automotive repair experience with a focus on fast service environments Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on mechanic experience Skilled in automotive diagnostics, using diagnostic tools to identify issues quickly Proficient with hand tools, power tools, and automotive service equipment Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures including oil changes, tire service, alignments, and basic repairs Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly Ability to perform physical tasks involving heavy lifting safely and efficiently Familiarity with sales processes related to vehicle maintenance services is a plus Embark on a career where your mechanical skills accelerate your growth!
