You'll work alongside experienced advisors, technicians, and managers who value quality work, efficiency, and mutual respect Automotive Quick/Express Lane Technician Ford Job Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections Check and replace filters, fluids, bulbs, batteries, and wiper blades Conduct basic vehicle inspections and clearly document findings Communicate needed repairs to service advisors accurately and professionally Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Follow all dealership processes, manufacturer standards, and safety guidelines Support shop flow and efficiency in a fast-paced Express Lane environment Automotive Quick/Express Lane Technician Ford Benefits & Compensation This role is eligible for production and retention bonuses depending on productivity levels.
