The Opportunity:
As the Extension Publications Stockroom Coordinator, you will serve in a journey-level role performing stockroom and related functions within the Extension Publications Service Center under the general supervision of staff. You will be part of the College of Agricultural, Human, and Natural Resource Sciences (CAHNRS) Marketing and Communications department in association with the Washington State University (WSU) Extension Pesticide Education Program. Your primary responsibilities will include fulfilling orders placed through the online store, as well as processing manual transactions, procuring materials, receiving and storing inventory, maintaining inventory control, overseeing shipping operations, and supporting financial processes within the Extension Publications warehouse and stockroom. Additionally, you will assist with seasonal pesticide education duties as part of the Pesticide Resources and Education Program.
Additional Information:
This is a part time (50% FTE), permanent position. This position is overtime eligible.
Monthly Salary:
$1,631 - $2,160 at 50% FTE ($3,262 to $4,320 at 100% FTE) | Range 36 Steps A - M | Successful candidates are typically hired at the beginning of the salary range and receive scheduled salary increment increases in accordance with
WAC 357-28
In accordance with RCW 49.58.110, the above salary reflects the full salary range for this position. Individual placement within the range is based on the candidate's current experience, education, skills, and abilities related to the position.

Required Qualifications:
High school graduation or equivalent AND six months of full-time experience as a Stockroom Attendant 1 or equivalent; OR equivalent education/experience. Good computer skills. Experience maintaining records, keeping logs and inventory. Good organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Three (3) years of progressive clerical or technical experience in retail clerking, warehousing, stock-keeping, shipping, or receiving and operation of material handling equipment (or equivalent experience).
