Job Description

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and consistency
- General knowledge of weights, measurements, and batch record documentation
- Ability to follow detailed SOPs, recipes, and production protocols precisely
- Must be comfortable working around extraction equipment, kitchen tools, heated equipment, and production machinery
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive motions, bend, reach, and move throughout the shift
- Good hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and ability to handle delicate equipment and materials accurately
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining speed, cleanliness, and consistency
- Must be at least 21 years of age and able to pass a background check to obtain an Illinois Cannabis Agent Badge
- Reliable transportation or ability to consistently commute to work (Required)

- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment while maintaining quality standards Responsibilities
- The Extraction Lab / Kitchen Agent is responsible for assisting in all aspects of cannabis extraction, infusion, edible production, and post-processing as directed by management and in accordance with SOPs and Illinois compliance regulations
- Operate and assist with extraction equipment, infusion systems, kitchen machinery, and production tools safely and efficiently
- Prepare cannabis materials for extraction or kitchen processing according to batch schedules
- Measure, weigh, mix, and document ingredients, concentrates, oils, and production materials accurately
- Assist in manufacturing infused products including edibles, concentrates, oils, tinctures, or related products
- Follow detailed recipes, batch records, and formulation instructions to ensure consistency and compliance
- Maintain accurate production logs, inventory tracking, and compliance documentation including METRC reporting where applicable
- Package, label, inspect, and organize finished products according to company and state requirements
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality control standards are met
- Clean, sanitize, and maintain all lab equipment, kitchen tools, utensils, and workspaces according to SOPs and safety regulations
- Organize raw materials, finished goods, and production supplies efficiently
- Report equipment issues, product discrepancies, or safety concerns to management promptly
- Follow all sanitation, PPE, safety, and hazardous material handling protocols at all times
- Support inventory counts, material transfers, and production preparation as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members and management to complete production goals
- Work efficiently to maintain productivity while ensuring product quality and compliance standards
- Ensure daily compliance with all company policies including state compliance, access control, security protocols, dress code, and attendance expectations
- Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements
