What You'll Do Operate and support daily extraction and production activities. Follow all SOPs, safety standards, and state cannabis regulations. Assist with testing, formulating, purification, separation, and isolation processes. Work with ethanol and solventless extraction methods. Maintain accurate inventory and seed-to-sale tracking at all times. Clean, maintain, and organize lab equipment and workspaces. Coordinate with production and operations teams to keep workflow moving. Monitor product quality and report issues immediately. Help maintain a world-class extraction lab environment. What You'll Bring Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a highly regulated environment. Strong math and computer skills. Ability to stay focused during repetitive tasks. Reliable, accountable, and able to follow direction. Comfortable working weekends and holidays when needed. Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced production environment. Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card if required by your state. Ability to safely perform repetitive lifting of up to 50 lbs Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively, adapt to changing priorities, and provide support across operational areas as needed. Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, and commitment to safety, quality, and compliance.
