TITLE:
Extrusion StackerPOSITION OBJECTIVE
Ensures extruded product conforms to product standard requirements by taking and documenting quality measurements, assists the Extrusion Technician in machine set up and troubleshooting techniques, and stacks products according to scheduling and standard protocol. Hiring for 7am to 3:30pm, 3pm to 11:30pm, and 11pm to 7am shifts Starting at $13.25 per hr. - earn $1.00 more per hour on 3pm to 11:30pm and 11pm to 7am shifts with shift differential. High school graduate or equivalent. Strong Troubleshooting skills Complete basic math such as adding, dividing, subtracting, percentages, etc. Must be able to read a ruler to 1/16" Available to work overtime when needed Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary. Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensured that the workplace is safe, professional, and clean by upholding company THM practices. Assures validation and compliance of product requirements by performing and documenting quality checks on production materials at set intervals. Assists the Extrusion Technician in the upkeep of the Extrusion line and set ups for production runs. Participates in continuous improvement initiatives by filling out forms that enhance the work environment, encourage machine efficiencies, and promote cost savings. Assists in Trial Production which can include actions in machine set up, raw materials, or other trial activities. Participate in product development efforts as opportunity presents. Supports the Preventative Maintenance (PM) program by completing specific job assigned tasks. Relieves the line Extrusion Technician for his/her breaks and lunch. Completes assigned wrapping and banding to package skids.WORK ENVIRONMENT CONDITIONS SUBJECTED TO IN THIS POSITION

Climbing, ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding. Body agility is emphasized. Balancing, maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling when walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery or erratically moving surfaces. Stooping, bending body downward and forward by bending spine and waist. Kneeling and crouching, bending legs at knee to come to a rest on knee or knees. Reaching, extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction. Standing, particularly for sustained periods of time. Pushing, using upper extremities to press against something with steady force in order to thrust forward, downward or outward. Pulling, using upper extremities to exert force in order to drag, haul or tug objects in a sustained motion. Lifting, raising objects from a lower to a higher position or moving objects horizontally from position to position.DEGREE OF LIFTING
26-50 LBS. Fingering, picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working primarily with fingers rather than the whole hand or arm as in handling.VISUAL ACTIVITY REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION
