Responsibilities:

Expertly apply Classic, Hybrid, and Volume lash extensions according to client needs and preferences. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients feel welcomed, comfortable, and satisfied with their services. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines. Collaborate with the team to contribute to the studio's growth and positive atmosphere.

Qualifications:

• Valid certification in eyelash extensions or related field (e.g., esthetics, cosmetology license)
• Previous experience as an eyelash specialist or in a similar role preferred
• Knowledge of various eyelash extension techniques and styles
• Strong attention to detail and precision in application
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective client interaction
• Ability to provide exceptional guest services in a professional and friendly manner
• Proficient in upselling products and services to maximize revenue opportunities
• Ability to maintain a clean and organized work area, following strict sanitization protocols

Position Overview:

We're seeking a part-time Lash Technician available to work 2-3 days a week. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about beauty, enjoys interacting with clients, and is skilled in creating stunning eyelash extensions.
