Collaborate with the team at Ramsay Kitchen, learning about fine dining operations, menu execution, and delivering upscale service. Gain exposure to culinary operations at all venues, observing food preparation and maintaining quality and consistency in menu items. Collaborate with the culinary team on menu analysis and contributing ideas for promotions or specials. How You Will Create the ExtraordinaryWHAT YOU WILL NEED
Currently enrolled in a program, college or university, pursuing a degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Tourism, or a related field. Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with guests and colleagues from diverse backgrounds. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Eagerness to learn and contribute to the success of the hospitality team.ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Fast paced, high volume environment involving constant Must be able to stoop, reach and bend as necessary. Must be able to respond calmly and make rational decisions when handling guest demands in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to bend, crouch, kneel, twist and work at a desk/counter when performing functions of the job. This internship position is semester, with the po ssibility of extension based on performance and business needs.TOGETHER WE WIN
