Fabrication Assistant:

Use specialized spray guns to adhere raw materials to prepared production molds. Operate diamond cutoff wheels and power tools to trim and finish composite parts. Work alongside the fabrication team to keep production targets on schedule. Prepare, clean, and detail manufacturing molds and dies. Follow all shop safety guidelines and keep a clean workspace. $20.00+ / hour (DOE).

Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM.

Fabrication Assistant:

Ability to lift 50-75 lbs and handle physically demanding industrial shifts. Comfortable standing, bending, climbing, and working in confined spaces. Confidence using power tools and a strong willingness to learn composite trades. Must pass a pre-employment drug test; background restrictions may apply.
