Machine Operator (Press Brake / Laser) 1st Shift | 4-Day Work Week | Paid Training + Apprenticeship Looking to level up your manufacturing career? What You'll Do Assist with or learn machine setups for press brakes and laser equipment Run equipment including Cincinnati, Amada lasers, and LVD Strippit turrets Read and interpret blueprints to produce high-quality parts Perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and precision tools Support light tool changes and setup adjustments as you grow your skills What We're Looking For 2-5+ years of manufacturing experience (fabrication, press brake, turret, punch, shear, etc.) Comfortable using calipers, micrometers, and inspection tools Basic understanding of bends, allowances, and blueprint reading Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn setups Why You'll Love It Here 4-Day Work Week (Monday-Thursday, 5:30 AM-4:00 PM) Climate-Controlled Facility with new, high-end equipment Annual Bonus Program 401(k) with 3% Safe Harbor Contribution Health, Life Insurance + 50% HSA match

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Fridley, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $29.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
