Fabrication Shop Helper

Overview Iron Knight's Welding is looking for a dependable, hard working individual to assist with daily shop operations. This role includes assisting with metal fabrication, operating basic shop equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and supporting general shop needs. Responsibilities Operate saws and assist with cutting steal and materials to size Grind, prep and clean metal for fabrication and welding Assist with loading/unloading materials with a forklift Maintain cleanliness of shop, tools, and work areas Support team with daily tasks Handle basic customer interactions and pickups as needed. Requirements Strong work ethic and reliability (show up on time) Read a tape measure Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a shop environment Basic knowledge of tools or willingness to learn Comfortable working with hands and around big equipment Attention to detail and ability to follow directions

Pay:

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour
