Fabrication Shop Welder

Spirit Fabs is a family owned and operated fabrication shop located in Wrightstown, WI. Spirit Fabs started in 1993 and provides our customers with high-quality structural components, stainless and other alloy specialty items and industrial related commodities. Open Positions Include:

Mig Welder Welder Fabricator Welder Fabricator Apprentice (entry level; on-the-job training provided) Tig Welder Pipe welding and fitting

Minimum Qualifications:

Valid driver's license Ability to follow verbal and written work orders Ability to work with little to no supervision Must be able to frequently lift and/or move 25-30 pounds Excellent understanding of safety procedures and practices in fabricating environment Strong mechanical aptitude Mig Welder

• Job Description (Day and Night shift)) 2-3 years welding and fabricating experience on heavy steel preferred, but not required Able to perform multi-pass welding and fabricate structural components Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings preferred, but not required Welder Fabricator
• Job Description (Day and Night shift)) Welding experience required; will train and certify the right candidates Strong fabrication skills working with Structural steel, and some other alloys Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings preferred, but not required Welder Fabricator Apprentice
• Job Description (Day and Night shift) Chip or grind off excess weld, slag, or spatter using power tools Clamp, tack-weld, grind or bolt component parts to required positions for welding Fabrication and assembly of structural components, and other specialty items Clean or degrease parts using wire brushes, portable grinders, etc.

On-the-job training provided Advancement opportunity available Tig Welder/Pipe fitting and welding

• Job Description (Day shift) 2-3 years welding and fabricating experience on pipe, but not required Able to perform multi-pass welding and fabricate piping components Ability to read blueprints and shop drawings preferred, but not required

6:00am-4:30pm | Monday-Thursday

SECOND SHIFT

4:30pm-2:30am | Monday-Thursday | shift differential & paid lunch Benefits Health Dental 401
