Fabricator - Entry Level and Experienced Tig Welder

Tig Welder Job Description Overview We are seeking a skilled Tig Welder to join our dynamic team as well as entry level fabricators. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of welding techniques and be capable of working with various materials. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through precise welding and fabrication. The Tig Welder will work in a fast-paced environment, and will be responsible for fabricating and assembling components according to specifications. Duties Perform TIG welding on various materials, ensuring high-quality welds that meet industry standards. Assemble and fabricate components as per blueprints and schematics. Installation of self-clinching hardware using Pemserter press. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete welding tasks. Conduct inspections of completed welds to ensure compliance with specifications. Collaborate with team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working on construction sites. Qualifications Proven experience in TIG welding Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read blueprints and schematics. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a manufacturing environment Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot welding issues as they arise. Entry Level position - Tig welding experience not required. Will train. Compensation Depending on experience and skill. Weld test will be required.
