• Full-time Aurelius Manufacturing is hiring a Fabricator to build precision components for custom hydraulic cylinders used by major equipment manufacturers.

You'll work in a clean, team-oriented shop using a variety of fabrication equipment. Experience in fabrication or welding is helpful—but we're willing to train mechanically inclined candidates. Schedule 4-Day Work Week (Mon-Thurs, 6:00am-4:00pm) 3-Day Weekends Every Week Weekly Pay Attendance Bonus Program Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, HSA, 401k w/ Match Paid Time Off + Holidays Temperature-Controlled Shop Uniforms Provided Profit-sharing Bonus Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Operate fabrication equipment (induction heater, grinders, sanders) Form and finish steel components to spec Perform quality checks on completed parts Maintain a clean and organized workstation Assist with MIG welding as needed Qualifications Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, or a related trade preferred Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools Knowledge of tape measure readings to 1/32" helpful Strong attention to detail and quality Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Physical Requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (assistive equipment available when needed) Comfortable working in a production environment About Aurelius Manufacturing Aurelius manufactures custom welded hydraulic cylinders for Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) and has been providing innovative solutions to customers since 1926.
