Fabricator/Installer

Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fabricator/Installer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for fabricating custom components and installing finished products with precision and craftsmanship. Your expertise will ensure that projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a variety of materials, tools, and heavy equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing and construction environment. Responsibilities Operate hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery such as forklifts and other heavy equipment to fabricate and install products. Cut, shape, assemble, and weld materials including metal, wood, or composite materials according to project specifications. Handle materials safely using proper lifting techniques and materials handling equipment to ensure efficiency and safety. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and fabrication instructions to produce accurate components. Install fabricated parts on-site or in the workshop, ensuring proper alignment, fitment, and finish. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols at all times. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot fabrication issues and improve processes for better productivity. Qualifications Proven experience in fabrication, manufacturing, construction, or related fields with hands-on skills in assembly and machining. Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy machinery such as forklifts or cranes. Mechanical knowledge of materials handling, millwork, welding techniques, and machining processes. Warehouse experience or background in handling large materials safely is preferred. Ability to read technical drawings and blueprints accurately. Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills. Valid certification for forklift operation or heavy equipment operation is a plus; relevant safety training is required.
