Facilities Director

We are seeking an enthusiastic and skilled Facilities Director to oversee the maintenance and housekeeping departments for Campbell Hall Rehabilitation Center, a 134 bed a long term care facility located in Orange County, NY. The Facilities Director will be responsible for ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents by maintaining the physical plant and equipment in good working order.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement a comprehensive preventive maintenance program for all equipment and systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building structures. Manage and supervise the maintenance staff, ensuring that all work is completed in a timely and efficient manner. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed. Manage the maintenance budget and ensure that all expenses are within budgetary guidelines. Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Respond to emergency maintenance requests as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and building systems. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
