Immediately Job Description Please be advised that we are seeking an immediate replacement for a RN/ LPN who can support a student who attends one of our out of district programs. This student is diagnosed with a severe form of epilepsy, needs a soft shell helmet when out of his wheelchair and requires a 2 person transfer. The student requires a nurse for all self care and transfers, feeding, dressing and toileting. This would be a full day skilled nursing position (bus ride and attends school all day with the student). Please let me know if you have any interested nurses for this student. This student also attends school over the summer.
