Facilities Maintenance Technician

We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance for our First Quality Products located in McElhattan.

Accountabilities/ Responsibilities:

Practice good hygiene, treating everyone with respect, being constructive and tactful, communicating with your team and customers, and abiding by company policies and procedures Paint walls, guards, floors, parking lines, etc Observes all safety rules and uses the proper safety equipment at all times. (PPE, LOTO, construction safety, etc) Perform basic metal cutting (burn off bolts, cut steel, etc.) Perform carpentry work (fabrication of crates, platforms, tables, framing, and associated installation) Perform lifting with proper rigging techniques Repair and install drywall Install and repair door lock equipment and door hardware; and know the facility lock system Train other team members Use tin equipment (nibblers, breaks, etc.) Drill and tap all sizes properly Use hand and power tools (bandsaw, table saw, bench and hand grinders, sanders, snow blower, etc.) What We Offer You We believe that by continuously improving the quality of our benefits, we can help to raise the quality of life for our team members and their families.
