• Job Description
• We are seeking a Facilities Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance tasks and service calls, including electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, lighting, and groundskeeping.

This role involves working on project-based assignments such as setting up and tearing down Christmas lights and decorations. The ideal candidate is hard-working, eager to learn, and looking for a long-term commitment.

• Responsibilities
• + Perform preventive maintenance and service calls for facilities.

+ Handle electrical tasks such as security systems, alarm systems, and lighting. + Conduct plumbing tasks including sinks, drains, faucets, toilets, and urinals. + Perform groundskeeping duties like trash and landscape pick-up and snow removal. + Engage in light carpentry work including doors and locks. + Participate in project-based work, including setting up and tearing down Christmas decorations.

• Essential Skills
• + 2-5+ years of facilities maintenance experience in commercial, industrial, or hotel settings. + Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, and groundskeeping. + Ability to perform light carpentry tasks.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Pool maintenance and certifications are a plus. + HVAC knowledge is beneficial, though not required. + Possession of a plumbing license is advantageous. + 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance. + Valid driver's license with insurable MVR. + Reliable vehicle. + High School Diploma or equivalent.

• Work Environment
• Work primarily in the common areas such as halls, entrances, bathrooms, and outdoors at Easton Mall. This role does not involve maintenance of individual stores, as tenants handle their own needs. The schedule is 2nd shift from Sunday to Thursday, 3pm to 11:30pm, with training on 1st shift.

• This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Columbus, OH.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
