Full-time Maintain equipment, identify risks, diagnose and troubleshoot commercial HVAC and electrical systems, and make mechanical and electrical repairs while complying with service standards and regulations Operate a web control building HVAC management system Complete work orders and document repairs in a timely manner Work collaboratively with maintenance team to complete district-wide facility needs such as plumbing, groundskeeping, building projects and repairs Inspect buildings for safety hazards to maintain compliance with regulations and address safety concerns Maintain ability to work in various environments while performing physically demanding tasks in compliance with OSHA standards Attend training and meetings as directed Other duties as assigned by Maintenance Director
