Facilities Maintenance Technician

Saladino Property Maintenance is hiring a traveling Facilities Maintenance Technician to service big-box stores and retail locations throughout Vermont, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire.

Responsibilities include:

Drywall repair General carpentry Ceiling tile replacement Interior and exterior painting Smart cart repairs Sidewalk repairs General handyman and facility maintenance work Emergency service calls as needed Winter work available, including snow removal assistance

Requirements:

Valid driver's license Ability to travel throughout VT, MA, and NH Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more Must be able to procure and purchase job materials as needed Must be available for emergency hours previous experience in related field is a must
