Responsibilities Repair & Maintenance:

Perform minor carpentry, painting, drywall repairs, leak fixes, and troubleshooting for heating/cooling systems. Handle woodwork, carpet repairs, and general upkeep.

Grounds Care:

Shovel snow, mow lawns, and keep landscaping looking its best.

Facility Checks:

Conduct daily maintenance rounds and logs, ensuring smooth operations across front-of-house, back-of-house, and exterior areas.

Rapid Response:

Address maintenance requests from guests and team members with efficiency and professionalism.

Safety First:

Follow Sunday River's policies, procedures, and OSHA safety standards to ensure a safe working environment.
