We are adding a Facility Maintenance Technician to our Black River Falls, Wisconsin team. We offer flexible hours and a 5 day work week. You would work Monday-Friday with infrequent need to support the dealership during the weekend. Outstanding pay plan with very generous incentives and multiple bonus opportunities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform routine and preventative repairs and maintenance on the dealership's physical facility and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Operate and maintain building systems such as: Pumps, Fans, Pneumatic controls, Pressure‑reducing valves, Compressors, Air filtration systems Perform routine lot and lawn maintenance to include mowing and snow removal; ensure lot is safe for team members and customers Complete miscellaneous tasks and errands for all dealership departments. Maintain the physical appearance of the facility, including minor carpentry, painting, and general upkeep. Support safety and compliance by ensuring equipment and systems operate properly. Other jobs as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

Experience in facility, building, or industrial maintenance; 2-4 years' experience working in a maintenance position or the equivalent combination of education and experience. Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Ability to operate maintenance tools and equipment safely. Strong problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks. Physical ability to lift, climb, bend, and work in various environments.
