Facilities Maintenance/Janitorial Associate (Part-Time)

Description Colton RV & Marine is seeking a passionate a Part-Time Facilities Janitorial Associate for our North Tonawanda, NY Dealership ! We need someone that is dependable, a team player, and that doesn't mind a hard day's work with a team of people that appreciate what you do! Your accountabilities would include:

Clean all restrooms, fill paper products Dry mop show room, Vacuum carpets and area rugs Dry mop parts store, Vacuum area rugs Wet mop floors as needed Empty trash cans throughout dealership; includes several offices Monitor/remove trash at dealership campground, dump stations and surrounding building General housekeeping to include periodic cleaning of windows Maintain cleanliness of exterior of the building Ability to complete daily task in a timely fashion Other duties as assigned What's in it for you? Matching Requirements What We're Looking For:

Janitorial and/or Housekeeping experience required High school diploma or GED preferred Ability to work independently Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Valid Drivers' License with a clean driving record

Monday - Friday 7:30am-11:30am Additional hours may be available as needed
