• Lead a team of ~20 employees on the production floor
• Drive safety, quality, and production performance
• Troubleshoot issues and keep lines running efficiently
• Manage attendance, staffing, and daily communication
• Coach, train, and develop employees
• Support continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accountability and resolve team issues ✅ What We're Looking For
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience
• Manufacturing or automotive background preferred
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Flexible for any shift, weekends, and overtime

Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Tonawanda, NY. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
