Facilities Manager

Job Summary We're looking for a reliable, hands-on Facilities Manager to help maintain buildings and outdoor areas in Oshkosh, De Pere and Door County . This role includes coordinating repairs, working with vendors, and keeping properties safe and running smoothly. Responsibilities Oversee building maintenance and repairs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, general fixes) Coordinate vendors and contractors (cleaning, maintenance, landscaping) Monitor property safety and ensure compliance with regulations Manage budgets and track facility expenses Supervise maintenance staff when needed Oversee landscaping and grounds (mowing, trimming, irrigation, etc.) Support space changes and property improvements Qualifications Experience with building maintenance or facilities work preferred Basic knowledge of building systems (HVAC, plumbing, etc.) Strong problem-solving and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Good communication and teamwork Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to regional locations Why Join Us Steady, full-time schedule (no weekends) Variety of work across multiple properties Hands-on role with independence

Pay:

$33.00 - $50.00 per hour
