Description
We are seeking a Facilities Operations Supervisor in Aspers, PA. In this 1st shift role (7:00 am-3:30 pm), you will support daily operations, ensure compliance with client and organizational standards, and drive operational excellence. Job Responsibilities
Support daily facilities operations, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient workflow.
Lead and support hourly associates, promoting teamwork and strong performance.
Maintain equipment, manage supplies/labor, and ensure contract requirements are met.
Drive operational efficiency, scheduling productivity, and continuous improvement.
Use tools such as WebTMA and ISIS Pro to track and manage facility operations.
2-3 years of experience in facilities/plant operations, plus leadership or mentoring of hourly staff.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; CPMM or similar certification preferred.
Knowledge of boilers, chillers, generators, and HVAC/R systems.
Strong leadership, communication, and time-management skills; close attention to detail.
Experience with WebTMA; P&L exposure a plus.

The hourly rate for this position is anticipated between $31.00 - $33.00 per hour. This range is a good-faith estimate, based on the shift you work and other considerations permitted by law.
