Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation are top-notch Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations in compliance with food safety regulations Serve guests efficiently, taking orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and providing friendly, attentive service Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques Manage food handling responsibilities including proper storage, portioning, and food preparation to ensure freshness and safety Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas promptly to maximize table turnover during busy hours Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless guest relations in a fast-paced environment like fine dining or nightlife venues such as nightclubs Skills Proven experience in food service roles, including restaurant or nightclub environments, with a strong understanding of food preparation and serving protocols Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering tasks Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or orders efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to upsell menu items confidently by understanding guest preferences and product knowledge Basic math skills for cash handling, billing accuracy, and inventory management Embark on a rewarding journey where your culinary talents and guest relations skills come together!
