Full-Time + Overtime Position Overview 7 Oil Company is seeking a dependable, mechanically inclined, hands-on team member to support our growing operations across multiple facilities and properties in South Jersey. This is a highly varied role for someone who enjoys fixing things, working with their hands, staying busy, and helping wherever needed. The right person will become an important support resource for our operations, facilities, fleet, and leadership team. This is not a sit-behind-a-desk position. Every day is different. The ideal candidate is mechanically capable, self-motivated, organized, trustworthy, and willing to jump into a wide variety of projects ranging from facility maintenance and yard organization to assisting our shop and supporting winter operations. We are continuing to grow and improve our operations and are looking for good people who want to grow with us. Primary Responsibilities Facilities & Property Maintenance

• Perform general repairs and maintenance at company offices, yards, terminals, and facilities
• Handle minor plumbing, lighting, painting, carpentry, and repair tasks
• Assist with property upkeep, organization, and appearance
• Coordinate or assist with outside contractors when needed
• Help maintain fuel racks, equipment areas, storage areas, and grounds
• Assist with snow preparation and seasonal property maintenance Fleet & Shop Support
• Support mechanics and shop personnel with various tasks
• Organize shop areas, parts, tools, and equipment
• Assist with truck washing, cleanup, fueling, and basic maintenance support
• Pick up parts and materials as needed
• Learn basic truck and equipment systems over time Operations Support
• Assist with miscellaneous operational projects across the company
• Support leadership with special projects and facility-related needs
• Help maintain safe, organized, and efficient work environments Seasonal Winter Support During busy winter periods, this position may also assist with:
• Heating oil deliveries (if CDL licensed)
• Emergency operational support
• Snow and weather response activities
• General logistics assistance Qualifications
• Mechanically inclined and comfortable using tools
• General maintenance or repair experience preferred
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Organized and self-motivated
• Comfortable working both indoors and outdoors year-round
• Valid driver's license required
• CDL license is a plus, but not required
