Role:

The Facilities Site Supervisor supervises and coordinates the day-to-day maintenance and support of the Nation's Facilities, HVAC and Mechanical systems. Oversees staff and contractors installing and maintaining building systems, including Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Carpentry and HVAC. Schedules and supervises preventative maintenance, painting, or carpentry projects. Additionally, the Facilities Site Supervisor maintains a safe and effective work environment that complies with the Nations policies and laws. To qualify for this position, applicants must meet all minimum requirements by the closing date of this announcement.

Minimum Requirements:

Driving Requirements:

Valid driver's license free of occupational restrictions. Must be insurable with the Nation's insurance carrier.

Experience:

Three years of management/supervisory experience. Four years' HVAC Experience.

Education:
