Job Summary Perform routine preventive maintenance (PMs) and repairs on facility equipment such as HVAC, air compressors, chillers, and water systems. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues to minimize downtime. Inspect, maintain, and document building infrastructure including lighting, safety systems, and utilities. Coordinate contractor and vendor work for facility upgrades and repairs. Support facility improvement projects and new equipment installations. Monitor utility usage and report inefficiencies or abnormalities. Respond to maintenance requests, emergencies, and building alarms promptly. Ensure compliance with EHS, OSHA, and company safety procedures. Assist with fire system inspections, waste management, and emergency preparedness. Shift

shifts 12-hour shifts Pay $25 Job Details High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred. 2+ years of experience in facilities maintenance or industrial systems. Knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems. Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and maintenance manuals. Basic computer skills for work orders and maintenance tracking systems (CMMS). Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in elevated or confined spaces. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or on-call as needed. Resume required.
