PSLF Eligibility Continuing Education Opportunities Duties:

Maintain all Sacred Heart Rehabilitation Center buildings, grounds, equipment, mechanical, electrical and energy systems. Maintain communication with and report to Program Leader regarding the activity, needs, operation problems and general functioning of all facility maintenance related issues. Help develop methods and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness of facilities operations. Practice proper safety techniques in accordance with the agency-wide and division policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. Assist in emergency issues after hours as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned by Program Leader.
Qualifications:
High school graduate or GED required Valid Michigan Driver's License required General background in carpentry plumbing, electrical and building maintenance Ability to professionally deal with venders, contractors, and inspectors Ability to provide excellent customer service
C1-C, D-5
state certification preferred, or able to obtain
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times. Be able to climb ladders up to 30 feet. Be able to run outside power equipment. Be able to work in confined spaces. EEO Employer Candidates with lived experience are encouraged to apply.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.00 per hour
