Facilities Technician

Description This position will perform planned maintenance programs for a variety of company owned facilities, including but not limited to buildings and company vehicles. This position will also perform Phone Installations for Business Customers as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

include the following. Other duties may be assigned. Perform planned maintenance for the Headquarters Buildings and Retail Stores. Perform snow removal of sidewalk and driveway areas of Headquarter Campus. Perform planned maintenance for the company fleet of automobiles. Perform cleaning and maintenance of facility and grounds as needed to supplement Contracted Cleaning Services. Performs routine repair and maintenance to facility, grounds and office equipment. Performs Installation of Phone products for Business Customers as needed. Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent GED; Minimum 3 years experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of general computer use is required. Familiarity with or aptitude for working with telecommunications equipment Knowledge of building codes Excellent communication skills Ability to handle multiple tasks. Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
