Facilities Technician:

Perform precious metal recovery from shielding and other materials using a sandblast cabinet and hand tools (40% of role). Conduct facility preventive maintenance tasks, including inspections of key infrastructure and safety systems, filter replacement, and NHDES compliance inspections (60% of role). Maintain the sandblaster according to OEM inspections and maintenance schedules. Replace HEPA pre-filters and other filters as needed. Maintain all facility areas and keep an inventory of spare and replacement parts. Participate in the Joint Loss Management Committee (JLMC). Report to the Facility & Environmental, Health & Safety Manager. Qualifications of the

Facilities Technician:

High School Diploma required; associate's degree preferred. Previous machine shop experience is a plus. Strong hand-eye coordination, attention to detail, and endurance for repetitive tasks. Knowledge of how to use various hand tools. Ability to communicate information clearly, both verbally and in writing. Ability to lift, move, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
