Facility Co-Manager

Company seeking Co-Manager to oversee daily operations of our car wash in Abingdon, VA. This is a full-time position offering Vacation, Health, Dental, Vision and 401K. Great pay and benefits. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Responsibilities:

Training and scheduling of employees Supply and equipment orders Basic maintenance skills and upkeep of equipment Maintain clean and appealing facility Maintain records and documentation Ensure compliance to policies and procedures Proficient in Microsoft Office Must be able to lift 50 lbs Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

Qualifications:

Previous management experience (3 years) Pride in work, strong integrity and highly effective communication skills Strong leadership skills Ability to resolve customer conflict Mechanical aptitude with ability to trouble shoot Drug test and background check required
