Facility & Grounds Maintenance Technician:

Perform general building and grounds maintenance, including lawn mowing, snow removal, and seasonal upkeep Complete maintenance work orders such as patching, painting, minor construction, and general repairs Perform preventative maintenance on equipment, including HVAC systems, utility equipment, and facility systems Conduct routine inspections and testing, including fire extinguisher audits and fire pump testing Troubleshoot and repair equipment using available documentation and maintenance procedures Perform general plumbing repairs (sinks, drains, toilets) and building system maintenance Maintain cleanliness and organization of the maintenance shop, equipment, and facility (including 5S activities) Support safety initiatives, identify unsafe conditions, and ensure compliance with company and quality standards What You Need to

Bring:

High school diploma or GED 3-5 years of related maintenance experience, preferably in a food-grade or manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude with experience in facility, equipment, and preventative maintenance Ability to read and interpret technical documents, procedures, and safety regulations Basic math skills including calculations, percentages, and measurements Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and in a team environment Basic computer skills and familiarity with business or manufacturing software systems Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and perform physical tasks including standing, bending, and manual labor with or without reasonable accommodations Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Ready to Apply?
