Job Description

Position Summary The Operations Associate is responsible for maintaining the safe, clean, and efficient operation of all water-based amenities and key facility systems. This role plays a critical behind-the-scenes part in ensuring exceptional guest experiences by maintaining proper water temperature consistency, equipment performance, and overall facility standards. This position requires a detail-oriented, hands-on team member who takes pride in operational excellence, safety compliance, and proactive maintenance. Key Responsibilities Water Management Monitor and regulate water flow system Perform routine water temperature checks to ensure safety and guest comfort Test and maintain proper pH and chemical balance levels in compliance with state and local health regulations Record water chemistry readings and maintain accurate compliance logs Perform scheduled filter changes and system inspections Conduct regular backwashing procedures Troubleshoot minor pump, plumbing, or filtration issues and escalate when necessary Cleaning & Sanitation Drain, clean, and refill soaking tubs according to operational schedule Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with health department regulations Clean geothermal caves
