Job Description:
Summary Facilities and EVS are essential operational departments responsible for maintaining guest experience standards, brand compliance, life safety readiness, asset uptime, and service delivery across the property. A dedicated Facilities & EVS Coordinator is needed to ensure accurate tracking, timely processing, and consistent follow-through for inventory control, payroll and attendance, scheduling support, purchasing and invoice administration, work order management, project tracking, guest experience follow-up, and KPI reporting. Position Scope & Responsibilities Inventory & Supply Control Maintain inventory levels for Facilities and EVS Track usage trends, reorder points, and par levels Support vendor sourcing and cost comparisons Reduce emergency purchasing and stockouts that disrupt operations Attendance Tracking, Payroll & Scheduling Support Track daily attendance and exception reporting Audit timecards for accuracy and submit payroll support documentation Maintain scheduling inputs, updates, and coverage adjustments Identify trends driving overtime and schedule inefficiencies Stratton Warren Purchasing Administration Execute ordering in Stratton Warren (supplies, tools, consumables) Track receiving, packing slips, and delivery confirmation Resolve backorders/substitutions to prevent service disruption Maintain purchasing documentation for financial and audit controls Invoice Processing & Checkbook Entry Support Track invoices, approvals, and coding support Maintain checkbook entry/reconciliation documentation Support audit-ready filing and vendor record management Reduce late payments, duplicate invoices, and billing errors HotSOS Work Order Administration (Work Order Management) Manage work order workflow support within HotSOS Update statuses, assignments, and completion tracking Monitor aging work orders and service response times Support PM execution tracking and closeout documentation Project Tracking & Vendor Coordination Maintain project trackers for Facilities and EVS initiatives Track quotes, vendor bids, service timelines, and completion status Coordinate vendor scheduling and access logistics Provide progress updates to leadership to ensure accountability Brand Compliance & Guest Experience Support Maintain brand compliance checklists and corrective action logs Support departmental walkthrough documentation Track and route Qualtrics guest feedback follow-up (Guest Experience Portal) Monitor closure rate and completion of service recovery actions KPI Reporting & Operational Visibility Compile weekly and monthly KPI reporting including: work order volume/aging/completion rate; response time; attendance/overtime; purchasing and vendor spend; guest recovery closure performance Provide leadership with consistent reporting to drive decision-making General Clerical & Department Support Administrative support for Facilities & EVS leadership and supervisors Department communication support, documentation, and record retention Miscellaneous department support and other duties as assigned Measurable Benefits & ROI Approving this role directly improves operational outcomes while protecting labor and spend controls. QUALIFICATIONS
High School diploma or equivalent required along with five (5) or more years of similar experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. SKILLS Strong leadership and interpersonal skills Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills. Meticulous, organized and accurate Extreme confidentiality. Familiarity with a variety of computer systems and applications. Be flexible to work varying shifts and time schedules as needed. Communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests. Manage multiple details and tasks concurrently in a changing environment. Able to work effectively in a team environment. Analyze and think about how possible solutions impact on the entire operation
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Ability to stand and sit for extended periods of time. Ability to walk distances. Ability to lift 30 to 40 lbs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms, talk or hear; and taste or smell. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. The Casino environment is hectic, fast-paced and often crowded and noisy. May be exposed to casino related environmental factors including, but not limited to excessive noise and constant exposure to general public.
