This position is covered under a Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Work schedule and hourly pay are governed by the union contract. Work Schedule (per CBA): Shiftwork schedule (4-12HR day shifts, 4 days off/on-call, 4-12HR hour day shifts, 4 days off/off-call) Hourly Wage (per CBA): $21.30/HR Why work for Clean Harbors? Follow and maintain all applicable Health and Safety Standard Operating Procedures Ensures Works under the direction of the Plant Operations Manager or equivalent Responsible for maintaining a clean work environment Performs other duties and tasks as assigned from time to time by management and will be required by the needs of the Clean Harbors business What does it take to work for Clean Harbors? HS Diploma or equivalent Chemical and Hazardous Waste experience preferred 6+ months forklift experience preferred Mechanically inclined is a plus! Able to follow direction and take initiative Must work well in a team Ability to work in adverse conditions (heat & cold) Must be comfortable wearing proper PPEs Must be fitted for a respirator and clean shaven Must be able to lift to 50lbs, climb ladders, stoop, bend, shovel, sweep and stand for long periods Clean Harbors is an equal opportunity employer.
