Every role contributes to this, from reception and clinic operations through to hands-on care and behind-the-scenes support. Position Overview We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Facility Worker/Driver to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our busy clinic and staff housing. The role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their work, thrives in a dynamic environment, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently. Key Responsibilities Drive and assist patients to and from the clinic during dedicated driving shifts Drive and assist staff with transport to and from town and local shops Carry out general maintenance and repairs across the clinic and staff accommodation Ensure safe and accessible premises by snow clearing and seasonal upkeep Purchase, restock, and manage clinic and household supplies as needed Support warehouse operations, including maintaining stock, assisting with product preparation, delivery and fulfilment Manage waste disposal across clinic and staff accommodation in line with local regulations What We're Looking For Proactive, trustworthy individual with a strong work ethic Reliable and punctual, with the ability to work independently and as a part of a team Flexible and adaptable with working hours Friendly and respectful approach towards patients Trade qualification, apprenticeship, or equivalent experience is highly regarded Confident, safe driver, especially in winter and snow conditions Adaptable and comfortable living in shared accommodation Eligible for a Working Holiday Visa or valid work permit in Japan (please ensure you meet the eligibility criteria before submitting your application) Eligible for an International Driving Permit in Japan (must obtain manual transmission vehicle license) What We Offer Work, live and gain experience in Japan's top ski destinations Join a team who made the mountains their workplace and the winter season their way of life Flexibility to offer feedback and help shape and improve operations Competitive seasonal pay with performance-based bonuses, plus full training and onboarding Flexible working hours for facility shifts, with balanced driving shifts (8:00am-2:00pm / 2:00pm-8:00pm), so you can enjoy the snow and lifestyle Staff accommodation available close to work and ski lifts Organised transport to help access shops and towns Visa support and assistance settling into life in Japan Plus social activities, staff parties and dinners!
