Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures during overnight hours Manage multi-line phone systems, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Perform nightly audits of guest accounts, ensuring accuracy in billing and reservations records Handle guest requests, resolve issues promptly, and maintain high standards of customer service throughout the shift Prepare detailed reports on daily financial transactions, occupancy, and operational activities for management review Monitor security cameras and conduct safety inspections to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Maintain professional phone etiquette and guest relations to foster positive experiences during late-night interactions Experience Previous experience in hospitality or hotel front desk operations is highly preferred Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction and guest relations Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enabling effective communication with diverse guests Familiarity with hotel management software, multi-line phone systems, and front desk procedures is advantageous Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of night audit procedures and hotel operations Ability to remain professional, calm, and proactive during late-night shifts while providing exceptional service This exciting opportunity is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about hospitality who want to grow their career while delivering memorable guest experiences.
