Job Summary:
The Helping Hands Program is a part-time, seasonal opportunity that offers more than just a job—it's your chance to play an essential role in helping us close our hotels, restaurants, and gift shops after the busy summer season. Your support directly helps us prepare to welcome guests from around the world. Training will occur for each position.

August 31 - September 30 (exact dates vary by job and location). Early-August start dates may also be available, so let us know your availability!
Location:
Location in the park can vary. Your job and location will be assigned upon arrival, so flexibility is the key!
Pay:
Starts at $11.15/hr and varies by position
Schedule:
Typical schedule is 30-32 hours/week, 4-5 days/week (may include weekends, evenings, and holidays). 40 hours/week may also be available. Why Glacier National Park? Free Glacier National Park pass Free Red Bus Tours (if available) Retail, Lodging and Travel Discounts Planned employee trips and activities $350 Referral Bonus Program Responsibilities If assigned to Dining Room Attendant/Host/Food Runner, responsibilities include: Support front-of-house team to deliver prompt, attentive guest service. Assist with food and beverage delivery and maintain accurate presentation standards. Refill beverages and anticipate guest needs to ensure a smooth dining experience. Clear, clean, and reset tables quickly to maintain a neat, organized dining area. Maintain clean, stocked service stations and dining areas. Follow all safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures. Communicate effectively with team members to support efficient service. Assist teammates as needed during busy periods and stay informed on daily operations. If assigned to Housekeeping, responsibilities include: Clean and prepare guest rooms to meet company quality and cleanliness standards. Make beds, dust, vacuum, and sanitize all room areas. Restock guest supplies such as linens, towels, and amenities. Identify and report maintenance or safety issues promptly. Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with guests. Follow all safety, sanitation, and company policies and procedures. Ensure rooms meet inspection standards and address any follow-ups as needed. Complete additional duties as assigned. If assigned to Kitchen Worker, responsibilities include: Assist kitchen team with food prep, including basic cooking and ingredient preparation. Follow recipes and measurements to ensure consistency and quality. Wash dishes, cookware, utensils, and maintain a clean workspace. Clean kitchen areas, including floors, surfaces, and trash removal. Follow all sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to support efficient operations. Complete additional duties as assigned. If assigned to Retail Associate, responsibilities include: Process guest purchases accurately using the POS system. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor. Stock and price merchandise to ensure proper presentation. Prepare and maintain coffee or beverage stations (Campstore locations). Follow all safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures. Complete additional duties as assigned.

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to work in differing environments. Such as cold freezers, hot prep areas, indoors or outdoors. Frequent bending, reaching, kneeling, and stretching Ability to lift and carry 40-50 pounds regularly. Pushing a hotel cart or cabin cart up to 50-75 pounds as needed for Housekeeping.
