Responsibilities Perform routine water testing and chemical balancing to ensure optimal hot tub water quality Conduct thorough inspections of hot tub equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and jets Clean and sanitize hot tubs using appropriate pool maintenance techniques and tools Repair or replace faulty mechanical components using hand tools and power tools to maintain equipment efficiency (if experienced) Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, water quality tests, and repairs performed within a specialized pool service app Identify potential issues early through visual inspections and address them proactively to prevent downtime Assist with general pool cleaning tasks related to hot tub areas to uphold cleanliness standards Requirements Mechanical knowledge with experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting (preferred) Hands-on experience with pool maintenance, cleaning, and chemical balancing techniques Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used for equipment repair and maintenance Prior service technician experience or similar roles involving technical repairs is highly preferred Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow safety protocols during maintenance procedures and potential wage increase with performance excellence Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks efficiently Excellent communication skills to document work accurately and interact professionally with team members Embark on a rewarding career where your technical skills make a real difference!
