POSITION OVERVIEW

Outpatient primary care role focused on comprehensive relationship-driven medicine Collaborative clinical environment with full support staff and structured workflows Community-focused healthcare organization emphasizing long-term continuity of care Stable outpatient-only setting allowing providers to focus on quality patient outcomes Western Pennsylvania location nationally recognized for its annual Groundhog Day celebration and small-town community atmosphere

COMPENSATION

Base Salary:

$220,000+ based on experience Student loan repayment eligibility up to $75,000 SCHEDULE Monday through

Thursday:

8:30 AM - 6:00

PM Friday:

8:30 AM - 4:00 PM Outpatient-only practice setting ROLE Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services across the lifespan Manage preventative care and chronic disease treatment plans Deliver patient-centered treatment within collaborative outpatient environment Support continuity of care and long-term patient relationships Work alongside interdisciplinary support staff and clinical teams

MD or

DO REQUIRED

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine

REQUIRED

Clear and active Pennsylvania medical license

REQUIRED

Active DEA license

Strong patient-centered communication skills

Ability to practice independently within collaborative outpatient setting
