A dynamic nonprofit health center in Huntsville, Alabama is seeking a experienced BC or BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join its dedicated outpatient team. This full-time, outpatient-only role is ideal for a physician who values relationship-based medicine and enjoys working in a collaborative, mission-oriented environment. You'll provide primary care to a diverse adolescent and adult patient population.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm No weekend responsibilities Minimal call (1-in-6 rotation)

Key Responsibilities:

Provide full-spectrum outpatient primary care to patients age 14 and older Diagnose and manage chronic conditions, acute illnesses, and preventive needs Serve as collaborating physician for nurse practitioners Review diagnostic tests, labs, and specialty consults in a timely manner Accurately document all visits and care plans using the EMR system Participate in quality improvement initiatives and team-based case management Promote equitable, inclusive, and patient-centered care delivery

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary: $250,000
