Family Medicine Physician - Petaluma, CA (26805) Physician - Sonoma County Providence is seeking a full-time outpatient care Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our well-established Primary Care team in Petaluma, California. The Value of Working with Us Full-time Monday through Friday schedule Practice autonomously with independent patient panel Minimum call requirements backed by well supported nurse advice line (3weeks as primary, 3 weeks as back-up) per year Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month and robust studentloan repayment program up to $120,000 available for qualifying candidates Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensivebenefits package and 5-6 weeks per year of time away from practice forvacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in Year 3 with additional perksand annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Providence Medical Group physicians are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Compensation is between $308,406 and $335,406 per year Earnings potential for seasoned clinicians exceeds $400k The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowance and other benefits offered by the medical group.
