Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients across the lifespan within the Navajo Nation community Opportunity to provide evidence-based primary care in a mission-driven underserved healthcare environment Collaborative multidisciplinary care model focused on long-term patient relationships and preventative care Strong provider support structure with built-in administrative time and manageable patient volume Unique Southwest location surrounded by Monument Valley and culturally rich Navajo communitiesCOMPENSATION
Base Salary:
$109,000 - $152,000 $7,500 retention bonus beginning second yearSCHEDULE
Four-day work week Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday schedule options No call responsibilities Built-in administrative time ROLE Deliver outpatient primary care services for patients of all ages Manage chronic and acute medical conditions within community health setting Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to coordinate patient care Maintain evidence-based clinical practice standards and preventative care initiatives Support underserved and culturally diverse patient populations Maintain patient documentation and care coordination workflowsENVIRONMENT

Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C or FNP-BC)REQUIRED
